I've had my Ghost for about three years and always taken it to the dealer in Trade Centre for everything, but the last brake pad quote made me choke on my coffee, nearly 12k for just the front axle. A friend mentioned there's a place advertising Dubai Premium Rolls Royce Brake Service that claims to use genuine parts and even comes to your home to do the work, which sounds almost too convenient. Has anyone here actually tried one of these premium independent services on a modern Rolls? I'm worried about the air suspension collapsing if they mess up the lift procedure, or the electronic brake module throwing errors afterwards. The dealer is crazy expensive but at least I know they won't break something else. On the other hand, saving 40% sounds pretty tempting. Would love to hear from someone who's taken the risk and whether it paid off or backfired. Thanks.
