Manual method (Exporting OST to PST in Outlook):

a. Open Microsoft Outlook on the computer with the OST file.
b. Create a new PST file or use an existing one to save the exported data.
c. In Outlook, go to the "File" tab and select "Open & Export" or "Open."
d. Choose "Import/Export" from the options.
e. In the Import and Export Wizard, select "Export to a file" and click "Next."
f. Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "Next."
g. Select the OST file you want to convert and choose the desired options for exporting (e.g., include subfolders, filter items, etc.).
h. Browse to the location where you want to save the new PST file and provide a name.
i. Click "Finish" to start the export process. Outlook will create a new PST file and copy the data from the OST file into it.
