To convert an OLM (Outlook for Mac) file to a PST (Personal Storage Table) file manually, you can follow these steps:

Export data from Outlook for Mac:
a. Open Outlook for Mac.
b. Click on the "File" tab in the top menu.
c. Select "Export" and choose "Outlook for Mac Data File (.olm)."
d. Choose the items you want to export (such as emails, contacts, calendar, etc.).
e. Specify the location where you want to save the exported .olm file and provide a name for it.
f. Click "Save" to begin the export process. Outlook for Mac will create the .olm file containing your selected data.

Import the .olm file into Outlook for Windows:
a. Transfer the .olm file from your Mac to a Windows computer (using a USB drive, external storage, cloud storage, etc.).
b. On the Windows computer, open Microsoft Outlook.
c. Click on the "File" tab in the top menu.
d. Select "Open & Export" or "Open" and choose "Import/Export."
e. In the Import and Export Wizard, select "Import from another program or file" and click "Next."
f. Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)" as the file type and click "Next."
g. Browse to the location of the transferred .olm file and select it.
h. Choose the desired options for importing (such as replacing duplicates, etc.) and click "Next."
i. Select the destination folder in your Outlook profile where you want to import the data.
j. Click "Finish" to start the import process. Outlook will import the data from the .olm file into the specified PST file.

Access the converted data in Outlook for Windows:
Once the import process is complete, you can access the imported data in Outlook for Windows. The imported data will be available in the designated folder or folders within your Outlook profile.
