If you're looking for a simplified version of the steps involved in migrating an Office 365 tenant, here's a shortcut version:

Assess your current environment.
Plan the migration strategy.
Set up the new Office 365 tenant.
Prepare user accounts and data.
Migrate user mailboxes.
Migrate other data (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.).
Configure coexistence and cut over services (if needed).
Update DNS and reconfigure clients.
Verify and decommission the old tenant.

Regards,
Diana
