Most physicians suggest that diets high in fresh fruits and vegetables improves the overall health and immunity. Fresh vegetable and fruit juices are an easy way to meet and satisfy the requirement of five meals a day. Try to avoid processed and fatty foods and stay away from foods made with refined flour and sugar which can increase the risk of infections by yeast. Stay hydrated and drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. Increase the intake of yogurt containing the Lactobacillus acidophilus. This can help prevent the recurrence of infections by yeast. If you can not have much yogurt in your diet, try to take pills of Lactobacillus acidophilus in place.
