I'm 5'3'', 26 years old, trying to get back in shape. I'd like to lose 20 lbs to be at my ideal weight.
I've been working out for six weeks now. I started out with 30 mins of cardio 4-5 days a week, then after the second week moved to 6 days a week. I get my heart rate between 150-160, mix it up between elevated treadmill, elliptical, and bike. Week five I started weight training 3x a week as well, while still doing 20-30 mins of cardio before I weight train. Week six I started doing cardio 6 days a week, twice a day (morning before work then again right after work) as well as the weight training 3x a week WWW.VenusFactorScamReview.Com
My calorie intake is around 1200 daily. I'm on a semi-vegetarian diet (only meat I eat is fish). I've been on this diet for a while now though. I only eat healthy foods, nothing fatty, nothing sugary, etc. Mostly soy, fruits, veggies, etc. I also started womens protein shakes in the morning.
