Ken Burge Plenty of Salt in Food

And 60-70 percent of all salt that we consume food, meat products, bread and margarine, cheese and ready meals. The amount of salt is difficult to control when the individual consumer. In the West, NFA work side by side with the food manufacturers to limit the amount of salt in the final food. The idea is that the salinity gradually be reduced over five years.
