Goldfish Plants thrive under warm and wet conditions which resemble their original environment which is tropical. Preferable temperatures are 65-75F (18-24C) and they do not require direct sunshine, but rather sunshine filtered through thick ashes. The humidity level must be high and thus misting or a humidifier can help. They should be planted in well-draining soil, which is loose and in the case of African violets, it should be a mix. The right amount of airflow and the elimination of cold drafts will allow preventing stress and keeping the plant alive.
