How to Automate Bulk PST File Compression in Outlook?

I manage a large number of PST files in Microsoft Outlook, and manually compressing each file is time-consuming. Is there any reliable way to automate the bulk compression of PST files in Outlook? I am looking for a solution that can streamline the process without risking data loss or corruption. Please suggest any tools that can help automate this task efficiently.

If your Outlook PST files have become very large and Outlook is running slow, then I would like to suggest a great tool, DataVare Outlook PST Compact Expert. I have used this tool myself and it is very easy, safe, and fast. Can compress multiple PST files in bulk at once, without any data loss.

  • Compress PST files without opening Outlook
