To export NSF file data to MSG format, you can follow these general steps:

Convert NSF to PST: Since MSG files are typically associated with Microsoft Outlook, you'll first need to convert the NSF (Lotus Notes) file to PST (Outlook) format. There are several tools available for this conversion, such as the "NSF to PST Converter" software. You can search for a suitable converter tool online and install it on your computer.

Launch the converter tool: Open the NSF to PST converter software that you have installed.

Add the NSF file: Use the software's interface to browse and select the NSF file you want to convert.

Choose the export options: In the converter tool, select the desired export format as PST.

Specify the output location: Choose a location on your computer where you want to save the converted PST file.

Start the conversion process: Click on the "Convert" or "Export" button to begin the conversion process. The software will convert the NSF file to PST format.

Import PST into Outlook: Once the NSF file has been converted to PST, you can import the PST file into Microsoft Outlook using the following steps:

a. Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
b. Go to the "File" menu and select "Open & Export" or "Open."
c. Choose "Open Outlook Data File" or "Open & Export" > "Import/Export" > "Import from another program or file."
d. Select "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click on "Next."
e. Browse and select the converted PST file that you generated in the previous steps.
f. Choose the desired option for importing the file (e.g., importing it into the existing folder or creating a new one).
g. Click on "Finish" to import the PST file into Outlook.

Save emails as MSG files: Now that you have the PST file imported into Outlook, you can save individual emails as MSG files by following these steps:

a. Open the email in Outlook that you want to save as an MSG file.
b. Go to the "File" menu and select "Save As."
c. In the "Save As" dialog box, choose the location on your computer where you want to save the MSG file.
d. From the "Save as type" drop-down menu, select "Outlook Message Format (*.msg)."
e. Enter a name for the file and click on "Save."

Regards,
Peter
