To manually convert NSF (Lotus Notes Storage Facility) files to PST (Personal Storage Table) format, you can follow these steps:

Step 1: Install IBM Notes
Install IBM Notes (formerly known as Lotus Notes) on your computer if you don't already have it installed.
Launch IBM Notes and open the NSF file you want to convert.

Step 2: Export NSF Data to CSV
In IBM Notes, open the NSF file you want to convert.
Go to the File menu and select Export.
Choose a location to save the exported file and provide a name for it.
Select the Comma Separated Value (CSV) format and click on the Export button.
Specify the options for the exported data, such as the selected documents, date range, and field mapping.
Click OK to export the data to a CSV file.

Step 3: Import CSV into Outlook
Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
Go to the File menu and select Open & Export, then choose Import/Export.
In the Import and Export Wizard, select "Import from another program or file" and click Next.
Choose "Comma Separated Values" as the file type and click Next.
Click on the Browse button and locate the CSV file you exported in Step 2.
Select the desired option for handling duplicates, and choose the destination folder in your Outlook where you want to import the data.
Click Next and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the import process.

Step 4: Save as PST File
Once the CSV data is imported into Outlook, you can create a new PST file and save the imported data in it.
Go to the File menu and select Account Settings, then click on Account Settings again.
In the Account Settings window, go to the Data Files tab.
Click on the Add button to create a new Outlook Data File (PST).
Choose a location to save the new PST file and provide a name for it.
Click OK to create the PST file.
Move or copy the imported data from the default location to the newly created PST file.

Greetings,
Peter
