To recover a corrupted OST (Offline Storage Table) file, you can try the following methods:

Method 1: Use the Inbox Repair Tool (ScanPST):

Close Microsoft Outlook.

Find the ScanPST tool on your computer. The default location for the tool is:

Outlook 2019: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office
oot\Office16

Outlook 2016: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16

Outlook 2013: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15

Outlook 2010: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14

Run ScanPST.exe by double-clicking on it.

Click the "Browse" button and locate the corrupted OST file.

Click "Start" to begin the scanning and repair process.

Once the process is complete, review the scan report and click "Repair" to fix any issues found.

After the repair is finished, open Outlook and check if the OST file is accessible. If not, proceed to the next method.

Method 2: Create a New OST File:

Close Microsoft Outlook.

Rename the corrupted OST file to a different name, for example, add ".old" at the end of the file extension (e.g., outlook.ost -> outlook.old).

Launch Outlook. It will automatically recreate a new OST file.

Allow Outlook to synchronize with the Exchange server to download the mailbox data to the new OST file.

Depending on the size of your mailbox and the speed of your connection, this synchronization process may take some time.

Once the synchronization is complete, check if the new OST file is functioning correctly.
