To manually migrate from Zimbra to Office 365, you can follow these general steps:

Prepare the Office 365 Environment:
Set up a new Office 365 tenant and user accounts for migration.
Ensure that the user accounts in Office 365 match the user accounts in Zimbra.

Export Zimbra Mailbox Data:
Use the Zimbra administration console or Zimbra migration tools to export mailbox data from Zimbra in a suitable format like PST or CSV.
Export all required data, including emails, contacts, calendars, and other relevant items.

Configure Outlook with Office 365:
Set up Microsoft Outlook with the user accounts in Office 365.
Configure the Outlook profiles to connect to the respective Office 365 mailboxes.

Import Zimbra Data into Office 365:
Use the Import service in Office 365 to import the exported mailbox data.

Decommission Zimbra:
Once the migration is complete and all data is successfully migrated to Office 365, decommission the Zimbra environment.
