To convert OST (Offline Outlook Data File) to PST (Personal Storage Table) manually, you can follow these steps:

Step 1: Open Outlook in Offline Mode
Close Outlook if it's currently open.
Open the Control Panel on your computer.
Search for "Mail" or "Mail (32-bit)" and open it.
In the Mail Setup dialog box, click on "Show Profiles."
Select the profile associated with the OST file you want to convert.
Click on the "Properties" or "Email Accounts" button.
In the Account Settings window, select the "Data Files" tab.
Note down the location of the OST file.

Step 2: Create a New PST File
Open Outlook in Offline Mode.
Go to the File tab and select "Account Settings" and then "Account Settings" again.
In the Account Settings window, go to the "Data Files" tab.
Click on the "Add" button to create a new Outlook Data File (PST).
Choose the type of PST file you want to create (e.g., Outlook 97-2002 or Outlook Data File).
Select a location to save the new PST file and provide a name for it.
Click on "OK" to create the PST file.

Step 3: Import OST File into PST
In Outlook, go to the File tab and select "Open & Export" and then "Import/Export."
In the Import and Export Wizard, select "Import from another program or file" and click on "Next."
Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click on "Next."
Click on the "Browse" button and locate the newly created PST file from Step 2.
Select the option to "Replace duplicates with items imported" or choose any other desired option.
Click on "Finish" to start the import process.
Depending on the size of your OST file, the import process may take some time. Once it's completed, you will see the OST file contents in the PST file.

Step 4: Access Converted PST File
In Outlook, go to the Folder pane and expand the folders in the newly imported PST file.
You should see the emails, contacts, and other data from the OST file within the PST file.
You can now work with the converted PST file as you would with any other Outlook PST file.
