Cellulite is caused by a build-up of fat and toxins that clump together, and give that dimpled look on the skin. If you are just starting to get cellulite, there are two things you have to do to reverse the effects.
1 – You need to follow a fitness routine that targets the affected areas (usually thighs and buttocks). Exercises like lunges or squats are perfect; as is running ,or walking if you can't run.
2 – You need to alter your diet, to ensure you are not replacing the build up of toxins and fats. Start by removing fried food, and anything that contains saturated fat. Get rid of processed food, white pasta, white bread, white rice. Pretty much anything that doesn't come in its original color.
