I do not care if you use a doctor's prescription, pills, drinks, points or anything else in your effort to get thin. limit food is by counting your calories a sure way to sabotage your desire to be thinner. problem every time there is a setting for a thermostat body to use a certain amount of calories to feed your body what current.
This means that if you start eating fewer calories, your body is confused and thinks it must be because of famine, so it starts to burn less calories (the fuel it gets from food) and stores the rest. surprising is how early you start living on less food.

Of course, you will have less energy then, and also to be very hungry, but as long as you compel yourself to stay on the diet, you will not store fat. Anyway, after you reach your target weight, and eat a normal start - guess what?

You guessed right, you will eat more than your body's thermostat is now set for, so the extra food stored for emergencies in the form of fat discouraging.
