This means you will suffer from less illness and common colds. Besides this it will also help with skin care and has anti aging effects from the good effects it has on your cells and muscles. There are also health benefits for stress levels and it will help you to sleep better at night. You can see how being fit really benefits every area of your life. Yes exercise mainly provide improvement to you body muscles and for further improvement you can take supplement along with the exercise.
