What to do when it is difficult to grow in size

As you already know, there are three basic body types: endomorph, mesomorph and ectomorph. Endomorph quickly gaining in size, but constantly fighting with subcutaneous fat. Mesomorph, the most suitable type of addition to bodybuilding, quite easily gaining lean muscle mass, and generally has a fat level lower than the average. It looks completely different for the ectomorph, long and skinny. According to Ben Pakulski Review, a typical ectomorph has the following features: a short torso, long limbs, narrow chest, shoulders, feet and hands, and long thin muscles. Ectomorphs procession headed for the size and massive muscles.
